Features
A booking calendar that does the work instead of making some.
What you get
Everything a booking calendar needs — plus what others leave out.
Terminy runs on your own website. No commission per booking, no customer data on someone else's servers.
A water level, not a wall of numbers
Every day shows its occupancy as a fill level, with the exact number of free slots beside it.
Set up in three minutes
The wizard asks for your trade and creates services, hours and the booking page for you.
Buffers that actually work
Preparation and clean-up time, lead time, split shifts, holidays. What cannot happen is never offered.
No double bookings
Two customers tap at the same second? The database locks the slot — exactly one of them gets it.
Reminders and cancellations
Confirmation, reminder and a cancel link, sent automatically, with a calendar file attached.
An app for you and your team
Scan a QR code and you are in. The owner manages everything, staff see only their own calendar.
The difference
Why water?
A booking calendar usually shows numbers. “7 slots free” says little when you do not know how many there were to begin with.
Terminy shows a vessel instead. Full means booked out, empty means there is plenty of room. You read it in half a second, without doing arithmetic — and without reading a word.
Prefer it the other way round? One setting flips the direction, and a full vessel means plenty of free time.

Questions we hear often
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You upload the plugin, the wizard asks about your trade and sets everything up. If you can write an email, you can do this.
Where does my customer data live?
Only on your own website. Terminy runs no servers that appointments or names are sent to — which also saves you a data processing agreement.
Will it work with my theme?
Yes. The booking calendar is a block, an Elementor widget and a shortcode, and it picks up your site's colours.
What happens with two simultaneous bookings?
The database locks the slot for a fraction of a second. Exactly one booking goes through; the other person is told at once that the slot has gone.
Can I enter appointments myself?
Yes, in the backend and in the app. A walk-in takes a few seconds, with the availability check running as usual.
What does it really cost?
The basic version is free and stays free. Pro is a one-off amount per website — no monthly rent, no commission.
Have a look — it takes three minutes.
